"Refund was such a pain"
Tried getting a refund from Tinggly after the voucher didn’t work for us. Not fun. Replies took ages, and most of them just sounded like copied policy lines.
Honestly felt like no one was actually reading what I wrote. Still no straight answer. Just more back and forth. Super frustrating. Won’t use them again

Booked an experience as a gift. Then waited. No confirmation email. Checked spam too. Nothing. I reached out to support, but still didn’t get a clear answer. Frustrating. Hard to trust a site like this when the actual booking part feels so unreliable.
"Nice idea, but the extra costs were annoying"
The gift itself was a nice idea, and the site was easy to use. I remember oddly that I was eating a slightly crushed granola bar while picking it out, so the whole thing felt quick and simple at the time.
What bugged me was that the actual price didn’t feel very clear. Once it came time to book, extra fees and upgrades started popping up, and it made the gift feel a lot less thoughtful and a bit more like I’d been led into paying more.
Maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but I really think that stuff should be more obvious upfront. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth or transparent as I expected...

I was trying to order a gift, but the checkout page froze on me twice right when I got to payment. I reached out to support, but it took a while to hear back, and the reply was basically like, “try refreshing or placing the order again.” By that point I was already frustrated and didn’t feel like risking it a third time, so I just gave up. Annoying experience overall

Booking was easy enough overall, but a few steps were confusing at first and I had to go back and double-check things. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it felt like wasted energy for something that should’ve been simpler.

"Website was such a hassle to use"
I tried using Tinggly and it felt like way more work than it should’ve been. The pages were loading slowly for me, and half the time I couldn’t tell where I was supposed to click next. I kept ending up back in the same places just trying to find the basic details before buying.
The checkout didn’t make it any better either. It felt clunky, and I had to keep double-checking everything because the layout was confusing. I’m sure the gifts might be nice, but dealing with the website took too much effort and I eventually just gave up

The voucher did work, but redeeming it was sorta more confusing than I expected. The site wasn’t super clear, and the confirmation took a bit longer than I thought it would. I got it sorted in the end though.
"Payment turned into a headache"
I tried booking through tinggly.com, but the payment just kept failing for some reason. The weird part was my bank still showed a pending charge, which definitely didn’t help my stress levels. Support eventually got back to me, but they were slow and not all that useful. Maybe I just had bad luck, but either way, it was a really frustrating experience and I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

"Good idea, but the dates didn’t work for us"
I bought this thinking we’d have a decent amount of flexibility with booking, but for our situation the available dates were just too limited. Maybe it works better if you’re able to travel anytime, but every time we checked, the options didn’t line up with our schedule. It ended up feeling disappointing, and customer support wasn’t able to offer much help either.

I was expecting a lot more options because they made it sound like there would be plenty to choose from. Once I actually looked, the choices felt limited, which was disappointing. It’s frustrating when something is promised one way and then doesn’t really live up to it.

I used tinggly for a weekend activity and overall it turned out fine. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about getting fooled by the description, since I’ve booked things before that sounded better online than in real life. Most of what was listed did match the experience, but a few details were a little vague, especially the timing and what was actually included. Nothing major went wrong, and we still had a decent time, but I do wish the info had been a bit clearer upfront.

To be fair, the gift itself looked really nice and made a good first impression. I just wasn’t expecting the setup to take as long as it did, so that part was a bit frustrating.

I tried reaching out to customer service twice about my booking and never got a proper response. It was frustrating, especially when you actually need help. A friend had recommended them to me, so I expected better, but after this experience I wouldn’t use them again

"Wish I hadn’t chosen this as a gift"
I ordered this for a birthday present and I regretted it as soon as it arrived. The idea seemed nice, but the packaging made it feel way less special than I expected.
The gift box had dented corners, the sleeve was scuffed, and even the card inside was bent. It looked like I’d picked it up in a rush from a clearance shelf, which was embarrassing to give someone.
I reached out to customer service, but the response felt generic and nothing was really done to fix it. I wish I’d gone with something else, and I probably wouldn’t order from tinggly.com again if it’s meant to be a proper gift

"Digital voucher took way too long"
I ordered a digital voucher because I figured it would be the quickest option, especially since it was meant to be a surprise gift. Unfortunately, it didn’t show up for hours. I checked my spam folder and refreshed my inbox a bunch of times, but nothing came through. I eventually had to contact support, which added even more waiting and kind of ruined the whole timing of the gift. Maybe this wouldn’t bother me as much if I wasn’t ordering last-minute, but for something digital, I really expected it to be simple and fast. Disappointing experience, and I’m not sure I’d use Tinggly again.
